Michael Steele Travel Holder of a Masters degree in Tourism Management from the University of Ulster (Jordanstown), Michael has fifteen years' experience working in the travel industry across a variety of roles. As a founder member of the team that created GoIreland.com, Ireland's first online tourism portal, he has first-hand experience of how the online travel space has developed from its infancy. Following a stint in Italian where he ran his own incoming travel agency, Michael returned to Ireland and the Carr Golf Group in 2007 and has worked on a variety of projects, most recently the launch of GolfNow.com/Ireland. This platform features forty of the best courses in Ireland and makes use of the latest tee sheet technology to offer golfers across the world the chance to book tee times directly with some of the biggest name courses in the world. A sister site, golfnow.ie launched in June 2011 and offers real-time bookings to the domestic Irish golfer
